How long does it take to deliver a typical project?
Most stores are delivered in 7–14 days. The technical audit is delivered in 72 hours. We always include 30 days of post-delivery support.
What do I need to get started?
Logo and color palette, list of products/services, basic texts, images, domain (if you already have one) and access to Shopify. If you're missing something, we'll guide you with templates.

What are the payment terms and the contract like?
We use a 50/50 scheme (start and delivery). We issue a receipt and a simple contract with scope, deadlines, and guarantees.
What is included and what is not included?
Includes design, implementation on Shopify, basic SEO (metadata, redirects, sitemap), and performance optimization. It does not include subscriptions to third-party apps, advanced graphic design, or photography (optional).
Will you maintain my SEO if I come from another platform?
Yes. We respect key URLs, set up 301 redirects, migrate metadata, submit a sitemap, and verify in Google Search Console to avoid traffic loss.
Can they integrate WhatsApp, Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads?
Of course. We install pixels, conversions, and key events. We also set up WhatsApp click measurement with UTM and GA4.
Who owns the store and access to it?
You. Everything is in your name: domain, Shopify account, apps, and analytics. We provide access and a checklist upon completion.
Do you offer support plans or continuous improvements?
Yes. Monthly maintenance plans for improvements, new sections, A/B tests, ongoing SEO, and monitoring.
Do you work with multiple countries and languages?
We implement regions, multiple currencies, and languages when your plan and strategy require it. We advise you on taxes and shipping.
