Section: Pre-footer strip

Everything you'll need to know on how to setup your Pre-footer strip section.

The Pre-footer strip is a flexible band that sits right above the footer. Choose between three modes: Newsletter (email signup), Value propositions (a row of icon + text trust badges), or CTA button (single call-to-action). Use it as a final conversion lever before visitors leave the page.

General settings

Display mode

Pick what the strip displays: Newsletter (email signup with optional discount/perk), Value propositions (icon + text trust badges from blocks), or CTA button (heading + button). Each mode shows different settings below.

Color scheme

The settings below only apply when Display mode is set to Newsletter.

Adding value propositions

Value propositions are individual Value proposition blocks. Click Add block and choose the block type. Add 3–4 for a balanced row. Only used when Display mode is set to Value propositions.

Frequently asked questions

Why isn't my newsletter form working?

Make sure Display mode is set to Newsletter. Subscribers are added to your customer list with the newsletter tag — find them in Customers → filter by tag: newsletter. To sync with Klaviyo or Mailchimp, install the corresponding app (it picks up new tagged customers automatically).

How many value propositions can I add?

There's no hard limit, but 3–4 value props read best in a single row. With more than 4, the row may wrap awkwardly on smaller screens. Stick to your top 4 trust signals (Shipping / Returns / Security / Support is the classic combo).

Can I have multiple Pre-footer strips?

Yes — there's no instance limit. Add multiple strips with different modes (e.g. Value props on top, Newsletter below) for a richer pre-footer area. Each one has independent settings.

What's the difference vs Footer's Newsletter block?

The Footer's Newsletter block sits inside one of the footer columns (smaller, narrow). The Pre-footer strip sits as its own full-width band above the footer (larger, more prominent). Use the strip when you want a strong call-out; use the footer block when you want a subtle reminder.

Will the strip show on every page?

Only on pages where you add it. To show on every page, place it in a global section group like the Footer group, or add it to each template manually.
